In this lesson we explore the biblical framework for church governance, aiming to debunk misconceptions about organizational structure within the church. The teaching emphasizes that a healthy church is an organized body rather than a chaotic or strictly institutionalized system, modeled after the New Testament pattern.

  1. We discussed two extreme mindsets when it comes to the concept of church "organization": Spiritual Anarchy and Institutionalism. Do you struggle with or have tended toward either mindset? Why?
