Agrippa

Jeremiah highlights the close parallels between Paul’s defenses in Acts 22 (to the Jerusalem crowd) and Acts 26 (before Festus and Agrippa). Both recount the Damascus-road encounter, divine commission, and obedient response, adapted to each audience. Luke thus shows Paul, guided by the Holy Spirit, faithfully advancing the church’s mission amid adverse circumstances.
